"Wasn’t really worth it for me"
I ordered this from backtobasics.shop thinking it might maybe help a bit, but I didn’t really notice anything different. I followed the directions pretty much as written and stuck with it for a while, so I feel like I gave it a fair shot.
In the end, it just kind of felt like money down the drain. Maybe it does something for some people, I don’t know, but for me it was basically useless and I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"Pretty easy to use overall"
The site was easy enough to figure out, and from the way everything was laid out, I assumed it would be straightforward, which it was. Pages loaded fine for me, and I found what I needed without having to click around forever. Checkout was clear too. The only thing I’d say is that some of the product details could be a little easier to notice, but overall it was a good experience

"Shipping took longer than it probably should have"
The order did arrive, but the shipping was slower than I expected. It kind of felt like it sat around for a bit before moving, so that was a little frustrating

"Exchange was easy, but the wait was a bit much"
I had to exchange my order for a different size, and overall it was straightforward. It did take a few days to hear back, which was a little frustrating, but once they responded they got it sorted and the replacement arrived fine. I’d probably use Back to Basics again, though if the response time is that slow next time, I might look elsewhere.

"Not really worth the hassle"
I tried shopping here, but pretty much everything I wanted was out of stock. It’s frustrating when a store has items listed but you can’t actually buy them. it didn’t feel worth my time...

"Heads Up: Return Was Easy, Refund Was Slow"
Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering: the return process itself was simple and didn’t give me much trouble, but the refund took longer than I expected. It worked out in the end, but don’t count on getting your money back super quickly.

"I’m giving 1 star because the price..."
I’m giving 1 star because the price just didn’t feel worth it for what I received. I’ve ordered similar items in the past from other places, and looking back, this felt noticeably more expensive. After I placed the order, I found comparable stuff cheaper elsewhere, which was frustrating. Maybe I should’ve compared prices first, but overall it still didn’t feel fair.

"Didn’t feel comfortable entering my payment info"
The payment page just felt a little sketchy to me, so I backed out before putting in my card details. I reached out to support hoping they’d explain or reassure me, but the replies felt totally copy-pasted and didn’t really answer what I was asking. That made me trust it even less

"Checkout was kind of a hassle"
I actually had to enter my shipping info twice, and then the payment page froze on me once too. The order did go through eventually, but the whole checkout process felt a bit clunky and slower than it should’ve been.

"Not at all what was promised"
I was disappointed when this showed up. The listing made it sound like the material would be decent quality, but it felt thin, rough, and cheap right out of the package. Definitely not what I thought I was paying for.
After just one wash, it already looked worn out, which is frustrating because they made it seem like it would hold up well. I don’t think it’s worth the price at all, and unless I somehow got a bad one, I wouldn’t order it again.

The delivery showed up late, which was frustrating. If you’re ordering because you need something by a certain time, save your time and don’t rely on this being punctual.

"My order was a mess"
I ordered a few basic items and somehow ended up with the wrong sizes, plus one random thing I didn’t even choose. I reached out to support, but they took forever to get back to me and still didn’t really fix the issue properly. it was just frustrating from start to finish. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

I really didn’t enjoy this. The scent was way too strong for me, and the texture felt gritty and rough on my skin instead of smooth. I was disappointed and would’ve expected at least an apology or some kind of acknowledgment from the brand...

"Pretty limited selection"
I checked out backtobasics.shop thinking there would be a lot more to browse, but the selection felt thin. A few categories hardly had anything that caught my eye, so I got bored quicker than I expected. It might be fine if you’re only looking for something specific, but for me there just wasn’t enough variety to make placing an order feel worth it.

"Broke way sooner than I expected"
I ordered this from backtobasics.shop, am I wrong for expecting it to last more than two weeks? It felt kind of cheap after just a few uses, and then one of the parts cracked even though I wasn’t using it roughly at all. I barely put it through anything serious. Really disappointed with the durability, and I don’t think I’d buy it again.
